Reminding ourselves that the journey is what is most important in our fast-paced lifestyles, can be one of our greatest challenges. Making the time, investing in ourselves, will give us the greatest enjoyment and satisfaction. Feeling healthier, fitter, strongerwithin, we will be an improved version of ourselves for those around us - our spouse, children, co-workers, and for ourself. Stretching, working out, meditation, relaxation and good nutrition are all important ingredients towards feeling good, and living a healthier, more energized lifestyle. We are all unique and different, the key is finding a routine that works for each of us, something that we can take with us should we travel, that we can practice anywhere, anytime. 

 

I will share some easy-to-follow tutorial videos on warming up, working out, cooling down,and some basic meditation techniques.

  • Meditation: I will share basic key elements to remember when meditating, focusing on one’s breathing, relaxing one’s mind and body. These you can do sitting on the floor, sitting in a chair, laying on the floor – it does not matter where you are, you can mediate anywhere, anytime, it’s all about making the time.

  • Warm up: Based on Martial Arts / Karate stances and positions, easy-to-follow and super effective warm up routines will allow you to warm up for your main exercise, whether it’s surfing, tennis, swimming, paddle boarding, windsurfing, cycling, running, or just warming up before doing my easy-to-follow workout. Whatever you are doing, wherever you are, these super effective warm up tutorials will work for YOU!
     

  • Work out: Martial Arts / Karate stances and positions, blocking, punching, kicking and body movements (taisabaki) that incorporate self-defense techniques that will help to build self-confidence and give meaning to one’s workout. No machines or workout equipment needed!

  • Cool down: Based on Martial Arts / Karate stances and positions, easy-to-follow and super effective cool down routines one can take any-where. 

  • Floor workout / abs: Arguably most important area is one’s core, and having our core as strong as possible, as the center of our body. Easy-to-follow and super effective floor workouts.
